If we understand the information clients wants to receive, we need to now think about the process we use to communicate and collaborate with clients. This process should facilitate the client, and make advisors workflow seamless.

3Q’s model allows:
- Fuzzy data - un-audited information from clients (e.g., roughly how much is in your pension?)
- Audited (.g., CRM system)
- Estimated data
The advantage is that allowing for fuzzy and estimated data means that advisors can immediately provide clients with some information on their financial picture - even with very little information. Clients get feedback and advisors can give an immediate sense of a clients financial situation.
