The Bank of Ireland Group has signed a multimillion euro deal with software giant Microsoft to supply a range of software to run its IT setup.
3Q Solutions, the Dublin developer of wealth planning solutions for financial services companies, has raised equity funding from private investors, valuing the company at over €3.3 million.
3Q's wealth planning software has already been well received by some of the largest banks in Europe. This round of funding will be used to consolidate existing customer relationships, and to convert a number of significant European sales leads currently under discussion.
"These funds will enable us to build on our existing product suite," said Brian Hanly, chief operating officer, 3Q Solutions.
Founded by a group of financial service industry professionals, 3Q's product suite assists Irish and European banks to create new ways to maintain and increase financial service revenues from their high net worth bases.
