 John C Finan, Chairman
| John Finan has been at the helm of some of the UK’s leading insurance providers in his life. Amongst his achievements was the turnaround management of Winterthur Life UK, the UK life and pensions arm of Credit Suisse in 1992. He spearheaded the £350 million acquisition of Colonial Life for Winterthur UK. He has also directed companies such as NEL Britannia and Pearl Assurance. He has also had key roles in the European Education Committee and UK committee of Life Insurance Marketing Research Association (LIMRA). John’s main goal in assisting 3Q will be marketing and business mentoring, as well as providing insights into the UK marketplace |

Ray Young, CEO
| Having spent his initial part of his career as part of the IT management team at a large financial services company in Ireland where he introduced technology solutions for selling and marketing financial products, Ray established Foresight Computer Solutions in 1995. This company has successfully become the leading provider of software to Independent Brokers in Ireland. As CEO of 3Q Solutions, Ray uses his 20 years experience in developing successful and innovative financial services technology solutions to bring 3Q products and services to their target markets. |

Brian Hanly, COO
| Brian previously worked for American Power Conversion Corporation (APCC), a leading manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and surge protection products. Here he focused on the Europe and Middle East Africa (EMEA) working to bring projects successfully to the market. Brian was quickly promoted to Business Applications Manger for the Asian Pacific Region and relocated to Sydney, Australia. Brian’s career progressed when he founded Exoftware, an agile enabler organisation, where he manages sales and business development in Ireland and Europe. |

Sean Hanly, CTO
Sean’s previous work experience has seen him involved with AIB Bank, American Management Systems and Jefferies & Co. His main focus since then has been developing and advancing an agile community within Ireland, Europe and Scandinavia. He has implemented Agile practices into many global companies such as Logica CMG, HP and Vodafone and improves their business practices and their ways of developing software. Sean established Exoftware in 2000, a company which is a recognised centre of excellence in Agile development. Sean shapes the 3Q technology and manages 3Q’s development team. |

Priya Patel, Head of Marketing Communications
| Priya’s career excelled when she took up post in New York City during the dot com era. Priya worked for DDB Agency in New York, one of the largest advertising and marketing agencies in the world, where she managed brands such as Bayer Corporate, Henkel Corporate, Bank of New York and boo.com. Priya manages the relationship between marketing and sales closely. She is the key link in providing current information and her opinions to lead them on the right track before implementing the any sales plans. Priya generates great enthusiasm in the office and in her marketing practices. |

Eddie Hobbs, Non - Executive Director
| Eddie Hobbs is a noted Irish financial commentator and broadcaster, presenting Ireland’s money makeover TV programme “Show me the Money” which is now in its second series. He is a leading personal finance journalist, and is a Director and Finance & Competition spokesperson for the Consumers Association of Ireland. Eddie principally works as a financial consultant to both personal and business clients. Eddie is a regular contributor to radio and television programmes. |
